On
Thursday, June 15, 2017, we will host a career panel for the local Raleigh/Durham
chapter of Girl Develop It here at the Syncfusion RDU office. The goal of this
event is to share what it’s like to work at a software company and to showcase
the variety of technical and tech-adjacent roles. These include positions in
areas such as business development, sales, marketing, and training.
Girl
Develop It’s mission is to provide affordable programs for adult women
interested in learning web and software development in a judgment-free
environment. Syncfusion is proud to be a supporter of Girl Develop It.
The focus of this event will be on the non-technical
roles parallel to development. The technical panelist will be a pre-sales
engineer who gives technical demos to potential customers. You can get a
sense of the variety of roles available to someone with a software development
or business background at a local software company.
